Who we are

Plush Wig Room ("PWR", "we", "us") operates plushwigroom.com and the salon at 484 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site, shop with us, subscribe, or book an appointment.

What we collect

Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and payment details, processed securely by our store (Shopify) and its payment providers. We never store full card numbers.
Marketing sign-ups — the phone number or Instagram handle you give us to receive texts, DMs and offers.
Booking information — details you enter in our scheduling provider (Acuity Scheduling) to book salon services.
Site usage — standard analytics such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, and to run your salon appointments.
To send order updates, and — with your consent — texts or DMs about drops, restocks, salon openings and PWR List perks. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
To improve the site and our products.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers that run our business — Shopify (store and payments), shipping carriers, Acuity Scheduling (bookings), and our SMS/email platform — and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences (for example, that you've already seen our welcome offer) and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, from emails via the link in any message, and can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing plushwigroom@gmail.com.
