Using our site
By using plushwigroom.com you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or using the site with a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products & pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to display colors and textures accurately, but hair is a natural product and screens vary — slight variation between units is normal and not a defect. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Orders & payment
Orders are processed by our store on Shopify. Your order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email. We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay. We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent.

Salon services
Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling and are subject to its booking terms. Please arrive on time; appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead — late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit any deposit.
Marketing messages
When you subscribe with a phone number or Instagram handle you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts or DMs from Plush Wig Room. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

List perks and early-access offers may change or end at any time.

All photos, logos and text on this site belong to Plush Wig Room and can't be used without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plush Wig Room isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
