Shipping
We ship nationwide from Rochester, NY. Standard shipping is $10 and takes 3–4 business days once your order leaves the room.
Orders take 3 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package is handed to the carrier you'll receive a tracking number by text or email.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
In-store pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 484 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607 during salon hours, Tuesday – Saturday 10:30 am – 5:00 pm. We'll message you when it's ready.
Cancellations
Processing begins as soon as you order, so orders cannot be cancelled. If processing is delayed on our end you'll have the option to cancel for a full refund. Carrier delays are outside our control — please check the tracking link first.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item once purchased. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email plushwigroom@gmail.com right away with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
